Job Description





As a member of the Relocation team, you will work as an International Mobility consultant for our customers in this field.


As part of the 6-strong Relocation team, you will be responsible for assisting our customers’ employees in their international development by managing their International Mobility, and more specifically all issues related to the relocation of expatriates and their families to France.




  • Knowing the market, as well as rental obligations and rights under the various leases in France,
  • Acting as an interface between the customer, the expatriate, real estate agencies and the lessor,
  • Coordinate and monitor the move-in and move-out process,
  • Assist expatriates with property management (rent, subscriptions, insurance, ….),
  • Assist expatriates in opening bank accounts,
  • Assist and advise with school enrolment,
  • Assist and advise expatriates and/or HR clients on all other matters relating to relocation or departure (purchase of furniture, lease termination, etc.),
  • Compile files: paperwork, HRIS, KPI monitoring,
  • Organize regular and effective reporting to the customer, respect commitments made to the customer and report to the division manager,
  • Coordinate and supervise relations between the customer and an intermediary service provider,
  • Propose other services provided by Helma International to the customer, identify business opportunities and report them to the Sales Manager or Sector Manager,
  • Apply and comply with quality policy and other general company policies





  • With a higher education background, you have initial experience in international mobility management in relocation or customer relations. At least bilingual in English and French, you have a perfect command of IT tools (Pack Office, HR software, databases, etc.).
  • With good interpersonal skills, dynamic, reliable, and rigorous, you feel you have the potential to succeed in an organization driven by team spirit and excellence.
  • First experience in relocation or customer relations, either within a company or in another relocation company.
  • Excellent level of English imperative.
  • Computer literate.
  • You are rigorous in the processing of your files, you have initiative, you are a driving force in the development of new projects.
  • Pedagogical and supportive, you are a team player who communicates positively and constructively, both internally and externally.
  • With customer satisfaction at the heart of our concerns, you’re always ready to listen.
