1.1     Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the Analysis

By registering for this online analysis, you agree to participate in a structured evaluation designed to generate a Personal Career DNA Discovery Report and to receive a 30‑minute consultancy session based on your results. The analysis provides developmental insight only and does not constitute psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are taking part voluntarily.
  • You are at least 18 years old, or have appropriate consent if under 18.
  • All information and responses you provide are accurate and completed independently.

3. Use of the Analysis Platform

You agree to:

  • Complete the analysis without external assistance.
  • Follow all instructions provided.
  • Not copy, distribute, or share any part of the analysis materials.

All analysis content is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Deliverables

Upon completing the analysis:

  • You will receive a Personal Career DNA Discovery Report, delivered digitally.
  • You will be offered a 30‑minute consultancy session, which must be scheduled within the timeframe communicated at registration.

The consultancy session is advisory in nature and does not guarantee specific career outcomes.

5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

Your personal data and analysis responses will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By participating, you consent to:

  • The collection and processing of your responses for the purpose of generating your report.
  • The use of anonymised or aggregated data for research, quality assurance, or product improvement.

Your individual results will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All analysis materials, scoring methods, frameworks, and the Career DNA model remain the exclusive intellectual property of the provider. You may use your personal report for your own development but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the underlying methodology.

7. Limitations and Disclaimer

  • The analysis provides insight and guidance but does not guarantee employment, career advancement, or specific outcomes.
  • The consultancy session is for informational purposes only.
  • The provider is not liable for decisions you make based on the report or session.

8. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A suitable device to complete the analysis and attend the consultancy session

The provider is not responsible for technical issues arising from your device or network.

Refund Policy

9. Refund Eligibility

Fees paid for access to the analysis, the Personal Career DNA Discovery Report, and the 30‑minute consultancy session are generally non‑refundable once the analysis link has been issued, as costs are incurred at the point of access.

10. Refunds Prior to Starting the Analysis

You may request a full refund before you begin the analysis, provided that:

  • You have not accessed or started any part of the analysis.
  • You submit your request in writing.

Once the analysis has been opened or started, refunds are no longer available.

11. Technical Issues

If technical issues prevent you from completing the analysis:

  • You must notify the provider within 48 hours.
  • The provider will offer troubleshooting support or a replacement analysis link.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the provider cannot resolve the issue or provide an alternative method of completion.

Technical issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection are not grounds for a refund.

12. Consultancy Session Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your consultancy session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • You will be presented with a 2 week window in which to book your consultancy session
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are not refundable.
  • If the provider must reschedule, an alternative appointment will be offered at no additional cost.

13. Quality Concerns

If you believe the report or consultancy session does not meet the standard described:

  • You must contact the provider within 7 days of receiving your report or attending your session.
  • The provider may offer clarification, a short follow‑up call, or a revised report where appropriate.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

14. Non‑Transferability

Payments, analysis access, and consultancy sessions are non‑transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and completing the analysis, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the Refund Policy.
