MAIN PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY

Our client is a consulting company in International Mobility, present in several countries on a human scale. Our client’s ambition is to streamline the international movements of companies by ensuring compliance with the rules of labour, tax, social security and immigration law, as well as a better quality of service.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

• You will belong to the immigration division and act as an international mobility consultant for clients in this area
• You will be part of a team of 5 immigration consultants
• You will be required to assemble files for customers, as well as advise on the correct visa statuses
• Legal monitoring, drafting newsletters, and improving internal quality procedures, all with the ultimate objective of customer satisfaction

GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in global mobility and French immigration
• Ideally you will have a legal or international mobility background (Bac+3 minimum) and experience in the field of immigration
• Expertise in foreigners’ rights, determination of status choices, and immigration procedures for all statuses
• Excellent level of French and English
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluency with computer tools
• Rigorous in processing of files
• Must have initiative
• Must be proactive
• Sense of teamwork and use positive and constructive communication, both internally and externally
• With customer satisfaction at the heart of our concerns, you must listen to the customer
