PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- To continually support and improve the Benelux businesses in all HR, Talent Acquisition and Employee Communication and Engagement matters. To work closely with the EU HR Team and local Managing Director to ensure an overall smooth operation of the Benelux businesses both Visas and Immigration
- The role is wide ranging, encompassing the timely co-ordination of employee communication through a variety of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity, and consistency. The role will also provide solid support to the Senior EU HR and Talent team which will include HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development
- Manages the onboarding process for all Benelux new hires and the leavers process
- Gathers and consolidates Induction paperwork for all new starters, compiling and updating personal HR files for all Benelux employees
- Maintains and where necessary creates a database of all template letters for the purpose of employee relations
- To act as note-taker and HR coordinator at formal meetings with employees, such as disciplinary meetings, grievance hearings and other employee related requests
- Data Administrator and key point of contact for Benelux; troubleshoot queries and train new starters
- Manages employee relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and manage their expectations. Be the initial point of contact for all HR matters and they person who employees can confide in
- To contribute to the planning and delivery of all internal communication and engagement initiatives
- To ensure accuracy and precision on all documents
- To support the talent management process for Operational vacancies, CV screening, telephone interviewing and face to face competency-based interviews
- Manages sickness absence process and ensure effective monitoring of sickness trends. Working closely with the EU HR team, the Benelux Managing Director and the company doctor to instigate and manage integration plans following sickness absence
- Work with other teams within the company in an efficient, proactive way to ensure a first-class service is always delivered

- To undertake all other reasonable duties as request by the Senior HR and Talent team and local Managing Director

ESSENTIAL
- A proactive approach and the ability to multi-task a changing workload efficiently and effectively
- The willingness to be flexible to ensure candidates and internal managers are offered a first-class HR service
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience in HR issues including disciplinary, capability, grievances, redundancy.
- Proven experience in the Talent Acquisition process
- Good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Competent in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
