Job Description
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
- The VP of Hospitality Growth will be responsible for Supply Chain acquisition & growth, quality control & connectivity strategy
- The position currently has a direct reports, including Hospitality Growth and Connectivity Teams
- The position currently reports to the COO
- Develop and own the departmental hospitality growth strategy and its implementation globally
- Lead the team to meet its KPIs and deliver hyper growth across supply chain
- Ensure quality control and data-driven performance of integrated hospitality partners
- Optimise partners lead funnel (HubSpot) and ensure data-driven prioritisation to ensure revenue growth
- Work closely with the CTO and leadership team to improve strategy and efficiency of the proprietary property distribution interface
- Review and optimise performance targets and propose constant improvements to the process in order to anticipate business growth
- Optimise revenue management strategy and work closely with hospitality operators on its implementation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create an annual strategy for hospitality events for all diversified asset classes (VRs, serviced apartments, multi-family/single-family, extended stay hotels & corporate housing, technology partners)
- Contribute to the roll-out supply chain DE&I and sustainability initiatives
- Proactively contribute to the community building (hospitality operators and supply technology software
- Collaborate with the marketing team in delivering strategic business cases to growth partnerships
- Ensure high performance from the hospitality growth team and nurture the personal growth and development of each individual team member
- Develop the Hospitality Growth Team strategically on a global level
