MAIN PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY

Our client has had a significant influence on the scope and quality of the relocation service, especially in Germany. For over 3 decades, they have been ensuring the arrival of employees of national and international companies – in Germany and worldwide. Our client is experienced and lived all developments in the industry. They have carried out exclusive support and group relocations and have grown. They are looking for a team lead to join their rewarding team.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

• Key Account Management for the clients alongside the team
• Managing the Supplier Network of our partners worldwide
• Operational Management of the files alongside our partners and the team
• Ensuring deadlines are met and our partners deliver on standards
• Management of escalations
• Working on pricing with suppliers and clients
• Project Management alongside Remco and myself
• Operational Management of the team (not disciplinary management)

GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The role is a full-time position and is to be filled with a specific candidate
• Fluent German and English along with a high standard of cultural awareness
• Leadership capabilities and competence
