MAIN PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY

 

For more than 3 decades our client has ensured the safe arrival of employees of national and international companies, both in Germany and throughout the whole world. This position is to join a team of two as a Immigration Specialist.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

 

The Relocation Manager acts as a direct contact person for corporate customers, customers, and those with his colleague working on the same customer. The Relocation Manager is designed for a smooth Flow of the relocation process responsible especially regarding company-specific specifications and PO guidelines. Its specific activities include:

 

• Contact person for corporate customers in relocation matters
• Consulting of corporate clients & customers
• Compliance/compliance with the various corporate customer guidelines
• Continuous updating of address database and customer records
• Order acceptance & processing
• Processing of all processes related to the support
• Make an appointment with the respective authorities
• Complaint management in cooperation with Team Lead
• Coordination of the search for accommodation and, if necessary, school with external colleagues
• Lease negotiation – review, apartment handovers and termination
• Renovation coordination
• Processing and termination of various contracts after the departure of the customer
• Close cooperation with external and internal colleagues, especially the team Lead

 

Required competencies:

 

• German fluent in spoken & written
• English very good in spoken & written
• Open-minded in dealing with different cultures and life situations
• Completed training
• Good knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook, Teams etc.
• Car driver’s license is an advantage
