Immigration Manager located at The Hauge, Netherlands

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Manager with expert knowledge in Dutch Immigration Law to lead the Immigration Services Team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Immigration Manager will oversee a team of immigration specialists including 3 Senior Immigration Consultants, 2 Immigration Consultants, 2 Admins and one field agent, engage in reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs), and play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution

of the department’s goals.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

 

1. Team Leadership & Management:

• Oversee a team of immigration specialists and caseworkers.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure optimum team performance and project execution.

2. Expertise in Dutch Immigration Law:

• Provide expert consultations and services related to Dutch immigration issues.
• Keep abreast of changes in Dutch immigration law and policies and update the team accordingly.

3. Review of RFP’s:

• Review and analyse RFPs related to immigration services.
• Assist in proposal writing and presentation to secure new projects.

4. Client Relationship Management:

• Assist in proposal writing and presentation to secure new projects.
• Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality services.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on team performance, project statuses, and client feedback.
• Present these reports directly to the Managing Director.

6. Strategic Planning:

• Work closely with the Managing Director to set the strategic direction for the Immigration Services Department.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning for the department.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

 

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Dutch Immigration
• Proven experience managing a team
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
