Job Description


  • Manage VIP immigration files
  • Coordinate and supervise the team of mobility officers and immigration service assistants
  • Develop the relationship with clients and partners in the field of immigration
  • Accompany the commercial teams in the development on the immigration part
  • Participate in the development of the service offer
  • Be the relay of the Director of Operations & Networks


  • Control of coordinators in the processing of immigration files and administrative formalities
  • Ensures the proper functioning of the service and the increase in skills of the teams through training
  • Ensures the reliability of the information given to the client in terms of advice
  • Develop the network of partners in France in administration
  • Ensures legal watch in foreigners’ law, social law, social protection law
  • Ensures the correct invoicing of accounts in partnership with accounting
  • Assists the Director of Operations & Networks
  • Applies the procedures in place in quality, environmental (management of selective sorting)
  • Applies anti-corruption and anti-cartel policies and/or any policies defined by management
  • Guarantor of data compliance and compliance with GDPR processes
  • Organization and supervision of expatriate or inpatriate files in France or abroad in terms of immigration and administrative procedures
  • Coaching and support for the team
  • Administrative follow-up of the various files: invoicing, credit notes, quotes, reports, etc.
  • Use of Move ware (internal management software): ensures the knowledge of the team in the application of their function follow-up of the life cycle of a file under Move ware: creation, costing, invoicing, closing
  • Participates in various Trade Fairs & Conferences
  • Participates in various Calls for Tenders
  • Participates in any Company projects
  • Compliance with the rules defined in the quality, environmental and IS (information security) policy u Applies the measures and enforces the procedures defined for Eura Quality Seal and FIDI DSP
  • Participates in the dissemination of anti-corruption and anti-cartel policies by signing
  • Classify sensitive customer data in the private data file of the business software (RGDP)
  • Participates in improving the quality, environmental and IS (information security) management system by reporting non-compliance to it manage
