Job Description


Our client is searching for a Relocation Consultant to join our team in Netherlands. Someone with preferably 1 to 2 or more years of experience working in the relocation field in a similar role.

You will have the responsibility of delivering a superior customer experience through the expert management of the mobility process for our corporate clients and their relocating employees and their families. This is a hybrid position, going into the office 2 days a week. Commuting costs will be paid for them 2 days, 19 cents a mile going up to 21 cents in 2023.

  • Providing leadership to our corporate clients and relocating employees through their mobility journey
  • Serving as the expert in the mobility process
  • Educating and advising relocating employees on expectations, expenses, timelines and service options
  • Coordinating mobility services such as Home Search, School Search and Settling in, both inbound and outbound, and monitor for effectiveness, cost and quality
  • Coordinate and manage suppliers; including but not limited to field consultants and real estate agents
  • Learning and executing each client’s culture, policies and philosophy toward mobility to develop and maintain customer loyalty
  • Supporting plus business objectives to ensure growth and profitability
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and implement service improvement opportunities and program enhancements
  • Complete administration tasks (invoicing and system KPI’s)


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and consultative skills
  • Understands global relocation services and operational delivery
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 year of experience in global mobility field
