PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

 

The purpose of the Bid Coordinator role is to provide support and assistance across a range of tasks, including day-to-day bid management, delivery and support, monitoring of bid portals, supporting bid strategy meetings, and managing internal libraries.

 

  • Bid portal Management: use your expert knowledge of KSA bid portals such ETIMAD to monitor and manage effective responses to tenders.
  • Database Management: Maintain a centralized bid library for ongoing and future reference.
  • Bid/Tender Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid process and use your deep knowledge of KSA government Tenders and Procurement law to ensure bids are compliant.
  • Coordination and Communication: Facilitate collaboration among teams and stakeholders to assist with bid responses.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis when needed to assist in the production of proposals.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and proofread proposals for consistency and clarity.

 

GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

The individual should work to the highest standards with a keen attention to detail and should be able to demonstrate the majority of the following:

  • The successful candidate will be a citizen of Saudi Arabia.
  • Previous experience in bid/tender coordination or proposal management.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and regulations.
  • An ability to work in an organised and methodical manner and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ethics and discretion required.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken) and native in Arabic.
  • Highly organized, operates well within a team, as well as independently.
  • Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
